Hi, my name is Rachel and I have worked in the early childhood industry for around 25 years. I have been lucky enough to work at Sandgate Kids Nash Street for 19 of those years most recently for the past 14 years. Within this time, I have worked in various roles from the lead educator in the Nursery right through to the kindergarten room. For the past 7 years I have been the service manager at Sandgate Kids Nash Street working with and mentoring an amazing team of educators.<\/span><\/p>\n I am extremely passionate about early childhood and believe that the foundations to successful learning are building strong relationships with children, families, and educators. I see the children as capable and competent learners and enjoy enriching the lives of young children as they start their early learning journey.<\/span><\/p>\n I am blessed with 2 beautiful little boys who have been lucky enough to start their early education journey here at Sandgate Kids. My qualifications include: Diploma of Childcare and Education, Certificate IV in fitness and a Diploma in Business.<\/p>\n I believe we are the first impression that both parents and children have as they begin their education journey so let\u2019s make it a positive experience. Trust is very important to me as families are handing over their most precious gift.
