I believe we need to put as much effort in developing our bodies physically as we do mentally. Exercise plays a major role in your child\u2019s development by helping them to focus. Physical education can promote cooperation, attentional skills, and social play.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">My mission is to turn back the clock on childhood obesity, by creating a solid foundation for a great start to life.
