Hi, my name is Rachel and I have worked in the early childhood industry for around 20 years. I have been lucky enough to work at Sandgate Kids Nash Street for 15 of those years most recently for the past 12 years. Within this time I have worked in various roles from the lead educator in the Nursery right through to the Kindergarten room. For the past 4 years I have been the service manager at Sandgate Kids Nash Street working with and mentoring an amazing team of educators.

I am extremely passionate about early childhood and believe that the foundations to successful learning are building strong relationships with children, families and educators. I see the children as capable and competent learners and enjoy enriching the lives of young children as they start their early learning journey.

I am blessed with 2 beautiful little boys who have been lucky enough to start their early education journey here at Sandgate Kids. In our spare time we love to go camping, to the park and spending time with families and friends.
